Tau means experienced or time. In this context this class is suitable for Intermediates to Advanced dancers. Challenging choreographies. Variation steps and techniques. Learn one ‘aparima and one ‘ōte’a.

Class Details

  • Time: 7:00PM – 8:00PM
  • Venue: Onehunga Community Centre, 83 Church Street, Onehunga, Auckland
  • Limited Space
  • Term Duration: 9 weeks
  • Cost: Free first class, Casual $25 per class, Members $20 per class (180 per term)
  • Age: Youth and adults
  • Level: Experienced. Intermediates and advanced. Not suitable for beginners.
  • Dress Code: Wear any plain BLACK top or BLACK LOGO top along with a plain WHITE short pareu. Those who do not adhere to the dress code should be prepared to perform a solo for the class.
  • Tardiness: If you’re late, please contact a classmate to let you in, as the instructor will be focused on teaching.

REFUND/CANCELLATION

  1. Once payment is initiated, no refunds can be issued. You are agreeing to commit to the selected classes, thereby purchasing a spot that could have been utilized by other potential participants.
  2. There will be no refunds for missed classes; however, you are welcome to make up for missed sessions by attending other classes within the same term. Simply contact Ahu directly.
  3. ‘Ahuuranui Tahiti’ reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of insufficient enrollments. In such cases, any payments made for that class will be refunded.
  4. In the event of illness, force majeure, or unavailability of the instructor, the class will either be covered by another instructor or the fee will be refunded if the class is cancelled.
