Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through ‘Ahuuranui Tahiti’, including but not limited to classes, workshops, merchandise, and events. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Ahuuranui Tahiti are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Policy. By submitting payment, you agree to commit to your selected class, event, or merchandise purchase. Each booking or order reserves a space or item that may otherwise have been allocated to another participant or customer.
2. Classes and Events
No Refunds for Non-Attendance: Fees paid for classes or events are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance, withdrawal, or scheduling conflicts on the part of the participant.
Cancellations by Ahuuranui Tahiti: Ahuuranui Tahiti reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class or event due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, venue issues, illness, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of cancellation, participants will be offered either (a) a rescheduled date, (b) an alternative instructor or session, or (c) a full refund for the affected class or event.
Substitute Instructors: Ahuuranui Tahiti may, at its discretion, appoint a substitute instructor to ensure continuity of classes. This does not entitle participants to a refund.
3. Merchandise Purchases
Final Sale: All merchandise purchases are final. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing errors.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, customers must notify Ahuuranui Tahiti in writing within seven (7) days of delivery, including proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.
Upon review, Ahuuranui Tahiti may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the affected item.
Shipping and Delivery: Ahuuranui Tahiti is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during shipping once the order has been dispatched.
4. Force Majeure
Ahuuranui Tahiti shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or non-performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, illness, or emergencies. In such instances, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the affected class or event. If rescheduling is not feasible, a refund will be issued for the affected session only.
5. Amendments
Ahuuranui Tahiti reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the official website at the time of purchase shall apply.
